EHS System

The company passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification in 2001.In 2006, it passed the GMP certification for the first time in China.

EHS management system is the integration of environmental management system (EMS) and occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). EHS is the abbreviation of Environment, Health and Safety. EHS management system is to manage EHS risk service, the system is only a necessary part of EHS management.

 

 The general

 

EHS management system is a process that applies a quality system approach to managing EHS activities. This approach is a cyclic process (i.e., planning, implementation, evaluation and adjustment), which is to acquire experience and learn lessons in the first cycle, and then apply the learned lessons to the next cycle to improve and improve EHS management level. The key of the system is people and procedures, which connect the company's EHS policy, legal requirements and business strategy with a series of requirements of the company through people and procedures, so as to realize the continuous improvement of the overall EHS performance consistent with the company's EHS policy. In addition, the management system should include a procedure to identify and resolve the root cause of nonconformities.

EHS management system pattern (hereinafter referred to as EHS-MS pattern) is a method or template to help formulate or strengthen EHS-MS. However, this does not mean that this particular management system must be adopted. Companies can be based on other existing systems and procedures, or focus on some of them, to form their own practical management system. EHS-MS mode has strong flexibility and adaptability, according to the enterprise or facility operation scale, complexity and other factors, can be appropriately increased or reduced to meet the requirements.

 System requirements

 

Requirements for each element of the EHS Management System Model. Although these contents basically cover the requirements of the EHS management system, they can be adapted to suit individual company policies, procedures, structures and operations, and there is no reason why all companies should have to use this rigorous system. The Company may adopt the elements and requirements that are consistent with its existing management system or other environmental management systems (such as ISO14001 and ISO14004).

 

 EHS policy

 

EHS policy is a statement of the principles and intentions of the enterprise on all its environmental and occupational health and safety behaviors, reflecting the general direction and basic commitment of the enterprise in environmental and occupational health and safety protection. Therefore, it can be said that EHS policy is the general direction and action principle of enterprises in environmental and occupational health and safety protection, and also reflects a general commitment of top management to environmental and occupational health and safety behavior. The EHS policy is also the driving force for all activities in the area of environment and occupational health and safety of the enterprise. It involves all employees and other relevant parties and should be understood and implemented by each employee
